The simple writings of a dude searching for meaning.

I’ve had this website for a while, a few years in fact. I remembered I had the website when I was billed for it last November 2025, I think it was, but still actually didn’t do anything about it until recently, when I re-remembered I had it after talking about philosophy with someone at work. I originally wanted this website to be a place to just write about things I was trying to understand, but all I appeared to get around to was one post about my favourite game of all time, Final Fantasy IX. There are still many others in the draft section of my pages that I never actually finished, nor did I post them. Which is fine, isn’t it? Anyway, I’ve decided in 2026 to actually give this whole thing an actual go and do my best to make it something worthwhile. But instead of using it as a place to just meander through ideas that I may never understand, I want to use it as a place that will involve one of my favourite things to do…find meaning in things that have none.

While it is true that I still hold true to the ideas that are talked about in both Buddhism and Stoicism, I actually enjoy talking about meaning more than I probably do about philosophy itself, although both are part of each other and complement each other beautifully. I hope whatever posts emerge on this website are enjoyable for others, but really, it is an extremely public journal of which I hope just keeps me writing more consistently than I have done for the past few years. Welcome to my brain, I hope you enjoy your stay.
